Please read this document carefully before enrolling in any Learn & Beyond program. By checking the box on the enrollment form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1. Not an Official School
Learn & Beyond is a private educational business offering supplemental learning. It is not an accredited school, college, or government-regulated educational institution.

2. Voluntary Participation
Participation in Learn & Beyond programs is voluntary. Programs may involve the use of digital tools, software, online platforms, and internet access.

3. Assumption of Risk
While Learn & Beyond takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe learning environment, participation in online or in-person activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to technical issues, internet disruptions, and exposure to digital content. Parents and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Release of Liability
By participating, you release Learn & Beyond, its owners, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your child’s participation in the programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Technology and Equipment
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child has the necessary technology and internet access for online classes. Learn & Beyond is not responsible for any damage to devices, software, or data arising from the use of recommended tools or platforms.

6. Content Creation
Participants will create digital projects during programs, including websites, videos, animations, or other digital work.

7. Privacy and Recording
Online classes may be recorded for safety, quality, and educational purposes. Recordings will not be publicly shared without consent.

8. Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions from Learn & Beyond instructors. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

9. Medical and Emergency Situations (For In-Person Classes)
For in-person classes, parents authorize Learn & Beyond staff to seek emergency medical care if necessary and agree to cover any related costs.

10. In-Person Waiver Requirement
Important: If your child participates in any in-person classes, you will be required to sign a printed copy of this waiver before your child can attend. Completing the online enrollment form alone is not sufficient for in-person participation.

11. Media Release for Promotional Purposes (Optional)
Learn & Beyond may occasionally take photos or video recordings during classes and projects. Use of photos, videos, voice recordings, or creative work featuring your child for marketing or promotional purposes will happen only if you give separate, explicit permission by checking the media release box on the enrollment form. Choosing not to grant this permission will not affect your child’s participation in Learn & Beyond programs.

By checking the waiver agreement box on the enrollment form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this Waiver and Release.
